Sans Pareil is French for 'no equivalent’. Owner Aaron Salvestrin, a third-generation viticulturist whose family emigrated from Italy in the early 1950s, decided to widen the scope of the business after travelling the world to discover the modern palate. He created an in-house marketing team to cover everything from bulk wine to cleanskins and fully packaged wine, including the very elegant Black Label range of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz.
