Our Review
Things are very different at Mudgee Wines these days under the ownership of Bill Whalley and Jane McLean. The focus of the vineyard (and hence the wines) is on cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, durif, negro amaro and primitivo (including 1ha each of old bush-vine shiraz and cabernet sauvignon), the white wines Pinot Grigio,Verdelho and Chardonnay. Exports to Sweden, Finland, Hong Kong and China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
