Our Review
Calabria Family Wines was born in Riverina, but has since cast its net wide over the Barossa Valley, too, starting with the purchase of the 100+yo William Vineyard in '15. Its Three Bridges range is anchored in Riverina estate vineyards; the Saint Petri, Elisabetta, Alternato and other labels in the Barossa. The family has increased its plantings of durif and added aglianico, nero d’Avola, montepulciano and pinot bianco. There is a second, family-friendly cellar door at 284 Magnolia Road in Vine Vale in the Barossa Valley, open 11–5 daily. -JAMES HALLIDAY
