Our Review
Owned by Ed Peter, Dirk Wiedmann and Reid Bosward, Saint & Scholar is substantial for a relative newcomer, with 50ha of shiraz, pinot noir, pinot gris, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. Winemaker Stephen Dew is the Saint, Reid Bosward (winemaker at Kaesler) was the Scholar. Reid handed over the winemaking reins to third-generation Barossa winemaker Tim Dolan in '22. -JAMES HALLIDAY
