Our Review
The Lane Vineyard is one of the Adelaide Hills' elite wine tourism attractions, with a cellar door and restaurant that offers focused tastings by region and style, with endless views. Established by the Edwards family in '93, it was acquired by the UK’s Vestey Group in '12, following their establishment of Coombe Farm in the Yarra Valley. Four distinct tiers of single-vineyard wines are produced at The Lane: the entry-level Lane series from the Adelaide Hills, the Provenance range from in and around the Adelaide Hills and the top-tier Estate and Heritage ranges from their Hahndorf estate vines. -JAMES HALLIDAY

TASTING MENU: Gathering Experience | $60: Enjoy a heightened discovery of our premium wines with our signature Gathering Experience; a seated, miniature degustation-style tasting that showcases the harmony between our flagship Estate wines and five amuse-bouche from our acclaimed restaurant. Chardonnay Tasting Flight | $20: Taste Chardonnay in five forms – from our crisp, fine beaded Blanc de Blancs through the full textural spectrum. Shiraz Tasting Flight | $20: Cool-climate Shiraz is a Hills specialty. Taste five different styles from sites across the region showcasing the diverse characteristics of this variety. Our modern, award-winning restaurant sits elevated in the heart of the vineyard overlooking the picturesque Adelaide Hills, perfect for a relaxing meal or business lunch. Discover the rich connection between food and wine and their origins with our Provenance or mid-week Harvest menus, designed by head chef Tom Robinson, featuring ingredients grown and produced on the estate, or by local farmers, growers and suppliers.
