Our Review
A partnership between 2 Rhône-philes: Barossa winemaker, Rolf Binder and UK wine impresario, Noel Young. Fruit is sourced from a group of select growers, with the acquisition of the Smalltown Vineyard in Ebenezer providing estate-grown fruit from the '17 vintage. Each fruit batch is kept separate, giving the winemakers more blending options. The intent is to make wines that have a sense of place and show true Barossa characters, wines that are complex with a degree of elegance. The winemaking style is focused on minimal intervention, with an aversion to massive extract and over-oaked wines. Exports to the UK, Canada, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Singapore and Taiwan. -JAMES HALLIDAY
