The Wolf Blass wines are made at all price points, ranging through Red,Yellow, Gold, Brown, Grey, Black, White and Platinum labels covering every one of the main varietals. In 2016 a new range of wines labelled BLASS was introduced. The style and range of the wines continue to subtly evolve under the leadership of chief winemaker Chris Hatcher. 2014 marked the 80th birthday of Wolf Blass Wines founder, Wolfgang Blass AM and to celebrate the winemaking team created an extraordinary, limited edition wine named ‘The Master’, made in the style of Wolfgang’s inaugural Cabernet Shiraz blend.
‘The Master’ was sourced from the Pasquin Vineyard, owned by John Glaetzer and Bill Potts, who formed a partnership in 1994, planting the vineyard specifically for Wolf Blass. Bill was one of the first growers to supply fruit to Wolf Blass back in 1967, and continues to supply exceptional quality fruit to this day.
