Our Review
The Paulett story is a saga of Australian perseverance, commencing with the 1982 purchase of a property with 1ha of vines and a house, promptly destroyed by the terrible Ash Wednesday bushfires the following year. Son Matthew joined Neil and Alison Paulett as a partner in the business some years ago; he is responsible for viticulture. The winery and cellar door have wonderful views over the Polish Hill River region, the memories of the bushfires long gone. -JAMES HALLIDAY
