Tim Gramp has quietly built up a very successful business, and by keeping overheads to a minimum, provides good wines at modest prices. Over the years, estate vineyards (shiraz, riesling, cabernet sauvignon, grenache and tempranillo) have been expanded significantly. -JAMES HALLIDAY
