Our Review
Tony and Jill Bryant were broadacre farmers who had a long-held dream of having a vineyard and winery. Following the sale of the family farm in the 1990s Tony studied viticulture and marketing, and went on to manage wineries in the Mudgee area before starting his own viticultural consultancy business, purchasing Burnbrae in 2004. Daughter Trine and husband Andrew Gay took over the business in 2015. -JAMES HALLIDAY
