Justin and Pip Jarrett have been growing grapes in Orange for over 30 years. They are pioneers in organic viticulture within NSW. Their approach to farming is sustainable, with a focus on leaving a positive environmental legacy across their 3 high-elevation vineyards. Wines are crafted with as little intervention as possible. Fulcra is the ultra-premium label, made from small parcels of the best fruit. See Saw was awarded Best Organic Wine in NSW for three years running (2020, 2021 and 2022), and Justin has an esteemed reputation for mentorship, community leadership and innovation across the NSW wine industry associations. -SHANTEH WALE
