Our Review
The Winter family (Derek, Helena, Stephen and Justyne) were restaurateurs before venturing into grapegrowing and winemaking. The name of the vineyard and the restaurant recognises that copper was the first mineral mined in the region. The Winters also make cheese; the principal outlet for their products is their restaurant and cellar door. -JAMES HALLIDAY
