Catlin Wines

Darryl Catlin grew up in the Barossa Valley with vineyards as his playground, picking bush-vine grenache for pocket money as a youngster. Stints with Saltram, the Australian Bottling Company and Vintner Imports followed in his 20s, before moving on to work in bottle stores while studying for a winemaking degree. Then followed a number of years at Shaw + Smith, rising from cellar hand to winemaker and eventually establishing his own business.
