Our Review
The major part of the Lanz grape production is sold to premium producers in the Barossa Valley. However, Marianne and Thomas Lanz take enough of the grapes to make wines of their own, including Shiraz and Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre. Their choice of David Paxton as their vineyard manager is no accident: he is a committed biodynamic grower and all Lanz Vineyards fields are being transformed to biodynamics - sustainability, soil health, low intervention and a lower carbon footprint.
