Our Review
Sixth-generation Barossan winemaker and grapegrower couple Carol and Nick Riebke bottle shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and grenache primarily from their estate vineyard in Ebenezer, passed down through Nick’s family since the late 1800s. Carol learnt her craft under Barossa winemaking legend John Glaetzer before establishing their family brand. ‘We’re gamblers!’ Nick admits. ‘It’s the risk, the anticipation and the intrigue about what the next season will bring that keep us coming back for more!’ -TYSON STELZER
