Our Review
This is the venture of Keith Brien, formerly of Cleveland. He offers contract winemaking and export consulting, as well as making the Silver Wings wines from contract-grown grapes (3ha of mourvedre and 1ha of shiraz) from 50-year-old vines, and 2.5ha of riesling at Whitlands. The cellar door, which also runs wine education programs and social events, is in North Melbourne. -JAMES HALLIDAY
