Our Review
Red Edge's vineyard dates back to 1971 and the renaissance of the Victorian wine industry. The vines were rehabilitated by Peter and Judy Dredge. Son Will now joins Peter in managing the 15ha site, and while they are still best known for shiraz, there is also an interest in Spanish and Portuguese varieties. -JAMES HALLIDAY
