Our Review
After a peripatetic period and a hiatus in winemaking, Hickinbotham established a permanent vineyard and winery base at Dromana. It now makes only Mornington Peninsula wines, drawing in part on estate vineyards (chardonnay, aligote, taminga, pinot noir, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and ruby cabernet), and in part on contract-grown fruit. -JAMES HALLIDAY
