Lachlan and Penny Campbell have planted shiraz (7ha), cabernet sauvignon (3ha), viognier (2ha) and durif (1ha). The vineyard is planted on deep, well-drained granitic soils at an altitude of 250m near Eldorado, 20km from Wangaratta and 35km from Beechworth. -JAMES HALLIDAY
