Established by Möet & Chandon, this is one of the 2 most important wine facilities in the Yarra Valley. The tasting room has a national and international reputation, having won a number of major tourism awards in recent years. The sparkling wine product range evolved with the ’94 acquisition of a substantial vineyard in the cool Strathbogie Ranges and the ’14 purchase of the high-elevation vineyard established by Brown Brothers, supplementing the Yarra Valley intake with fruit from various elevations. The high-quality standards have been maintained under the leadership of chief winemaker Dan Buckle for more than a decade. -JAMES HALLIDAY

Chandon has indoor and outdoor dining options, a more formal dining area with multiple courses offered, and a lounge bar where share plates are available as well as flights and wines by the glass and bottle. We offer brunch, summer picnics, and fine dining and experiences around our premier sparkling wine, Etoile. Other experiences include a blending experience, Behind the Bubbles, as well as private event offerings.
