Colin and Gail Higgins have shown admirable restraint by focusing on a single variety, planting 2ha of cabernet sauvignon on their property near Bunbury, within sight of the Pacific Ocean. They somewhat ambiguously say, ‘We ask that you consider the following when you enjoy your first taste of Fuddling Cup: a kiss or a sip are sensual acts, full of information about how the world feels, and what we feel about the feeling.' -JAMES HALLIDAY
