Aravina Estate

Western Australia | Margaret River | Wardandi people of the Noongar Nation

Our Review

In ’10, Steve Tobin and family acquired the winery and vineyard of Amberley Estate (planted in '86) from Accolade, renaming it Aravina Estate. The site has almost 30ha under vine, including semillon, sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc, chardonnay, cabernet, merlot, shiraz, tempranillo, arinto, grenache and malbec; touriga nacional was planted in '19. All wines have been vinified on the estate since ’18. Winemaker Ryan Aggiss was formerly winemaker at Houghton’s (see separate entry) Nannup site. -HALLIDAY TEAM
