Owner Robert Duncan presides over what has to be one of the smallest producers in Australia, with 0.1ha (quarter of an acre) of shiraz and 30 cabernet sauvignon vines producing a single cask of wine each year if the birds do not get the grapes first. -JAMES HALLIDAY
