A fortified wine specialist (with pedro ximénez, muscat and shiraz liqueur) now making a small selection of table wines, with particular emphasis on verdelho – each year there is a tasting of fine 3yo verdelho from both Australia and overseas. The vineyard also has plantings of graciano. James Talijancich is an energetic and effective ambassador for the Swan Valley as a whole. -JAMES HALLIDAY
